      After updating MM from Remote-Control, when I rebooted I got a black screen. I realized that npm install was necessary, so everything works now. Only I thought that updating from Remote-Control would allow me to completely update without having to touch my mouse and keyboard. Is it supposed to?

            @Jopyth have you changed something on the screen?

            Now on the devices the page losts the icons and back buttons etc.
            Tested on iOS, linux, laptop, handy, tablet. Everywhere the same effect:

              @fox the module didn’t update the path to the icons that has changed in v2.1.1 yet.

              Please create a github issue if you need help, so I can keep track

                how can we update the path?
                cause I’ve got the same effect with lost icons, even after a git pull and npm install in the MMM-Remote-Control modul.
                Thanke you

                  @kurt as far as i can see it is merged into the dev branch

                  to change to dev branch do the following

                  cd ~/MagicMirror/modules/MMM-Remote-Control
                  git fetch
                  git checkout develop

                  Please create a github issue if you need help, so I can keep track

                      Can anyone post a example of his config, so I can see what to do to switch on/off the single modules? I only do have the default values there, shutdown etc…

                      Appreciate your help, thx

                        @PatrickGlatz

                        You should oopen it on a device: :8080/remote.html and after you changed sth you will see, that your config has been greatly rewritten! :-)

                        So no need to change other modules configs
